Walleye fishing charters on the Bay of Quinte are available in the spring and fall.
May and early June the weed growth on the Bay of Quinte is young and allow for fishing overtop of developing weed beds. The resident juvenile walleye on the Bay of Quinte are voraciously feeding and catch rates are at their highest. The avg walleye caught is 2 - 3 lbs or 17-21 inches long.
September - Ice up brings the migration of the world class trophy walleye that the Bay of Quinte is famous for. Although the migration will start in September the fish continue migrating into the Bay and catch rates increase as the season progresses.
